Sharing a poster of the film on Instagram, the makers wrote, "On this Women's Day, embark on a journey of freedom and power. The Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment family celebrates the spirit of fearless women. Highway is releasing on 7 March 2025." Directed by Imtiaz Ali, the film will be seen in PVR and Inox theaters during Women's Day Week from March 7 to March 13.
