Actress Madhurima Tuli is in the headlines for her film 'Tehran'. In the film, she has played the role of detective Kajal Singhania opposite John Abraham. Talking about her role in the film, Madhurima said that her role in this film is completely different and new compared to her previous films.

In a conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Madhurima Tuli said, 'My role in Tehran is different and new as compared to my previous characters. I have played fictional roles like a princess, a police officer, and a warrior earlier, but in this film, I have played a real role. This role is not inspired by anyone. I felt connected to this role.'

Immediately said yes to work in the film.

Madhurima said that she was ready to work on this film very quickly. She said, 'The entire set of Tehran was very good, whether it was my co-actors, production house Maddock Films, or the story. It is based on a true incident. Everything was very good. So I had no reason to say no to this film. When I heard that this role was opposite John, I immediately said yes to it.'

The role is grounded and emotional.

Madhuri feels that Tehran has given her a chance to play a role on a grounded and emotional level. In the film, she portrayed the strength of women who support their loved ones.
