Salman Khan in trouble on his 60th birthday! The consumer court has summoned him in connection with this case..

Bollywood star Salman Khan is celebrating his birthday today. Meanwhile, news is coming in that a consumer court in Kota, Rajasthan, has summoned Salman Khan. The case is related to an advertisement for a pan masala product. The court has also ordered a forensic examination of the signature on the power of attorney submitted by the actor. The next hearing in this case will be on January 20.

Case Filed Against Salman Khan
A case was filed against Salman Khan on October 15 by BJP leader and lawyer Indra Mohan Singh Honey. In the complaint, Mohan Singh alleged that Rajshree Pan Masala and Salman Khan misled customers by claiming their product was saffron-infused cardamom pan masala. He stated that saffron costs Rs 4 lakh per kilogram, and it is impossible to sell it in a Rs 5 pan masala pouch.

Pan Masala Advertisements Influence Youth
Singh claimed that such advertisements mislead customers, especially young people, and encourage them to consume pan masala, which can cause serious health problems, including cancer.

Discrepancy in Signature
During the hearing on December 9, the petitioner objected to Salman Khan's signature on the power of attorney. Singh claimed that there was a discrepancy in the signature and demanded an investigation. He alleged that Salman Khan's signature was different from the one made in the Jodhpur court. Acting on the objection, the court ordered an examination of the signature and directed Salman Khan to appear in person at the next hearing.
