The company's co-founder Pawan Guntupalli announced this initiative while answering a question at the Global Investor Conference here. Guntupalli said, 'We aim to create 25,000 employment opportunities for women by including women drivers on Rapido motorcycles.

In such a situation, Rapido's Pink Service will give women a completely safe experience, because the captain driving the bike in Pink Rapido will also be a woman.
