Best Foods for Children: We tell our children to "be strong, be smart, be healthy," but is the food that ends up on their plates every day healthy? This question is for every parent who, out of pampering, feeds their children anything they want. The sweetness of biscuits, the taste of refined flour, and the joy of chips. As a result, these unhealthy foods don't build their children's bodies, but rather, they are eroding them from within. Children don't get diseases externally; they develop gradually through eating. So, if we stop feeding them 4 things today, our children will thank us tomorrow. Because true love doesn't lie in feeding them anything, but in feeding them the right things.

What Not to Feed Children Between 3 and 12 Years
1. Tea and Biscuits: These two foods are not healthy snacks, but rather slow poison. They can sap a child's energy from within. Instead, you can give your child milk and 4 soaked almonds in the morning.
2. Refined Foods: Avoid feeding your child foods containing refined flour, such as pav, toast, and bread. These foods are practically zero in nutrition and guaranteed to be harmful. They may fill their stomachs, but not their bodies.
3. Maggi, pasta, pizza, and burgers: These days, Maggi, pasta, pizza, and burgers have become popular choices. These foods are unhealthy for children. They may fill their stomachs, but they won't provide any nutrition. This can lead to fatigue, irritability, and obesity.
4. Cold drinks, cakes, and pastries: These foods are all on the list of unhealthy foods. Refined drinks, cakes, and pastries contribute only one thing: sugar overload, which can lead to diabetes in the future. Now, consider how strong a future can be if the foundation is weak.
...So what should we feed our children?
Children between the ages of 3 and 12 need the utmost care for their health. However, many parents do this. Now the question is, what should we feed them? Let us tell you, feed your child foods that will not only nourish the stomach but also strengthen the body. For this, include a fruit, peanuts, and jaggery, ghee-coated roti, and dal daily, massage your child's feet for 10 minutes at night, and engage in regular physical activity for 1 hour. This will boost your child's immunity and reduce the risk of illness.
