Ingredients
Oats Powder
Urad Dal
Red Chilli Powder
Salt
Black Pepper
Onion
Carrot
Capsicum
Ghee/Oil
Recipe
- First of all, take soaked urad dal and grind it till it becomes smooth.
- Add oats powder, salt, red chili powder, and black pepper to it.
- Mix it well. Now, after mixing it, add chopped onion, carrot and capsicum to it.
- Then take an appe maker and grease it well with oil.

- Pour this mixture in a ghee-greased pan and let it cook.
- When it becomes golden brown, take it out.
- You can also add some vegetables of your choice to it.
