Especially apply sindoor, kajal, bindi. It is considered a symbol of good fortune. After this, keeping purity, first of all install the Kalash. Take a pledge that you will worship with full devotion and loyalty for nine days. Offer Lapsi (sweet thuli made of jaggery) to the Goddess. Then the Goddess will give the necessary darshan and will make the sadhana successful.
