Ingredients to make noodles from roti
Leftover rotis
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion
1 capsicum
1 carrot
1 green chilli
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1/2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
Salt as per taste
Black pepper
Green coriander
Method
Making noodles from rotis is quite easy. For this, first of all, cut all the vegetables in the same size and keep them aside. Grate the carrot instead of cutting it, because grating it increases its taste.
Now keep the vegetables aside and cut the rotis in long pieces in such a shape. Cut it in such a way that it looks like noodles. After cutting them, heat two spoons of oil in a pan put the rotis in it and fry them lightly. After it becomes golden brown, take it out and keep it in a plate.
Now put oil in the same pan and add ginger-garlic paste. After this, add onion and fry it. When the onion is fried, add all the vegetables together and mix. Meanwhile, mix vinegar in it.

Now fry the vegetables properly. When the vegetables are cooked, add roasted rotis and mix.
Finally, add soya sauce and chili sauce and mix properly. While mixing, add salt, black pepper powder and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. When the noodles are well mixed in the masala, turn off the gas and add finely chopped green coriander on top of it. These noodles are ready to eat.
