Many people add them to sweets, kheer, halwa, or milk, while many people eat them as such. Right now we are talking about cashews. People also eat it as a snack by roasting it. Many people use cashews to make gravy, but have you ever tasted its vegetables? If not, then instead of waiting any longer, enjoy the cashew vegetable immediately. You can also make this delicious dish and serve it to the guests who come to your house. It can be made easily. It is very tasty. Eat it with roti, rice, or paratha. You can also make cumin or peas pulao with it.

Ingredients

100 grams of cashew nuts

1 finely chopped onion

2 tomatoes

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

Oil

1 small piece of cinnamon

2 cloves

1 small cardamom

1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon red chili powder

Salt according to taste

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon kasuri methi

Green coriander leaves

Half a cup of fresh cream

Method

- First of all, keep a pan or kadhai on the gas. Add some ghee in it and after the ghee is heated, add cashew nuts and fry it.

- When the cashew nuts start turning light red, turn off the gas and take out one cashew nut in a plate. Now add oil in this pan or kadhai.

- Add asafoetida, cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon, and fry it. Add finely chopped onion and cook till it becomes golden brown.

- Now add ginger-garlic paste to it. If you do not eat onion-garlic, then add only ginger paste. Now add finely chopped tomatoes or grinded tomatoes and let it cook.

- After this add salt to it. After cooking it well, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down. Now put it in the mixer and grind it. Add some water to it.

- Add 6-7 roasted cashews to it and grind it together. Now keep the pan on low flame and add oil. Add turmeric, red chili and coriander powder to it.

- Put the ground mixture in it and cook while stirring for a minute. After cooking well, add some more water to it.

- Now add garam masala, kasuri methi and salt as per taste. You can also add light chaat masala to it.

- Let it cook for 2 minutes. Mix roasted cashews in it. Garnish with finely chopped coriander on top.
