The favorite bhog of Pawanputra is gram flour laddu, which you can prepare at home with an easy method. Here we are going to tell you the method of making gram flour laddu.

Gram flour - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Almonds, pistachios and cashews

If you also want to make gram flour laddus for Hanuman Janmotsav, then we will tell you the easiest method here. For this, first of all, you have to roast gram flour. To roast gram flour, first take a pan and add ghee to it and let it heat well. When the ghee is hot, add gram flour to it and fry it till it turns golden. During this, keep the gas very low and keep stirring the gram flour continuously.

If you do not stir the gram flour properly, it will stick to the bottom of the pan and start burning. When the gram flour turns golden, add half a cup of ghee to it and fry it. This will give a good aroma to the gram flour.

While it is roasting, in the meantime, add sugar and half a cup of water in a separate pan and make syrup. Let the syrup boil until the sugar dissolves completely.

When the sugar dissolves properly, add it to the roasted gram flour. Also, add finely chopped nuts and cardamom powder to the gram flour and mix it properly. Stir it continuously so that the mixture is prepared properly.

After the mixture is ready, let it cool down a bit and then make laddus from it. You can choose the size of the laddu according to your choice. The laddu is ready, now offer it to Lord Hanuman.
