With the festive season fast approaching, keeping a close watch on prices is crucial if you plan to buy gold or silver. Domestic market rates clearly reflect the impact of international market trends. Let’s take a look at the rates across both international and domestic markets.

**How much have prices risen in the international market? ****
Prices for both gold and silver have surged in the international market, specifically on Comex. According to Comex data available at the time of writing, gold rose by 0.75%, reaching $4,688.10 per ounce. Meanwhile, silver prices climbed by 1.96%, trading at $69.360 per ounce.
**What are the prices in the domestic market? ****
Prices for both gold and silver have also risen in the domestic bullion market. On the MCX, gold was seen trading at around ₹1.60 lakh per 10 grams. Silver prices in India also saw an uptick, trading at approximately ₹2.42 lakh per kilogram.
**How much did prices rise on the MCX?**
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold rose by ₹719 by the time of writing, trading at ₹1,60,382 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, around 9:00 AM, silver prices climbed by ₹2,145, reaching ₹2,41,792 per kilogram.

Gold prices in India have witnessed a rise. In this scenario, 24-carat gold is trading at around ₹1,63,382 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold remains at approximately ₹1,47,418 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, 18-carat gold is trending near ₹1,20,615 per 10 grams. Additionally, silver prices in India were seen trading at approximately ₹2,42,990 per kilogram.
