The film Dhurandhar, which has already created history at the box office with its Hindi release, is now preparing for an even bigger return. The film received tremendous love, especially from South India, after which the makers have now announced its sequel. Dhurandhar 2 will be released on Eid 2026, on March 19, 2026.

Box Office Clash with Toxic
The announcement of the sequel to Dhurandhar came along with its release. Interestingly, Yash's film Toxic is also scheduled to release on the same date. Kiara Advani's look from the film was also recently revealed.

Thus, there will now be a box office clash between these two big films. However, the makers have confirmed that Dhurandhar will be released in five languages, and the release date has not been changed.

Although the film was banned in Gulf countries, it will now be released in India in five languages, including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, making it another major pan-India film.

Although Dhurandhar was initially released only in Hindi, it received a tremendous response in South India. Due to social media buzz, word of mouth, and repeated viewings, there was tremendous craze for the film among the audience. South Indian distributors and theater owners had also continuously demanded a dubbed version. The film features a star-studded cast including Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi. Every character in the film is currently grabbing the spotlight. The film is directed by Aditya Dhar and produced by Jio Studios and B62 Studios.
