Tuesday is considered the best day to worship Hanuman Ji. This day is dedicated to Lord Hanuman. It is said that the devotees who worship Veer Hanuman with devotion, get the blessings of wealth and prosperity. Along with this, auspicious fruits are obtained. Therefore, it is advised that people who are constantly stuck in many kinds of difficulties should keep a fast on Tuesday.

Along with this, a red-colored chola should be offered to Veer Hanuman. Then Bajrang Baan (Bajrang Baan Niyam) should be recited with devotion. Aarti should be performed at the end. By doing this, Hanuman Ji is pleased.

Rules of Bajrang Baan Paath.

Take a bath in the morning.

Then light a ghee lamp in front of Hanuman Ji.

Offer him vermilion, laddu, red flower, and Tulsi Dal.

Recite in a rhythm.

Take special care of purity during the recitation.

Avoid speaking during the recitation.

Do Aarti at the end.

Stay away from tamasic things.
