Do you want to start your day by eating something healthy and tasty? If yes, then avocado toast can be a great option for you. It is not only easy to make, but it also contains a lot of nutrients. Avocado is rich in healthy fats, fiber, and vitamins, which are very beneficial for your heart and digestion.

Ingredients:
2 slices of brown bread or whole-grain bread
1 ripe avocado
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
A little red chili flakes (if you like spicy)
Method:
First, toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a pan till they are golden and crispy.
In a bowl, cut the avocado in half, remove its seed, and take out its pulp with a spoon. Now mash it well with a fork.
Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper powder to the mashed avocado. Mix it well.
Now spread this avocado puree nicely on the toasted bread.
Garnish it by adding some red chilli flakes or chopped coriander leaves. If you want, you can also add tomato slices or cheese to it.
That's it, your healthy and delicious avocado toast is ready. Eat it hot immediately and start your day healthy.
