Ingredients
Peeled almonds – 4-5
Chopped banana – 1 cup
Cold milk – 1.5 cups
Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
Dates with seeds removed – 2
Ice cubes – 3-4 (optional)
Recipe
- First of all, soak the almonds in water overnight. After this, peel the almonds the next day.
- After this, peel the banana and cut it into pieces. Now take two dates remove their seeds and cut them into pieces.
- Put all these ingredients together in a mixer jar. After this, add cold milk and vanilla essence to the jar and blend all the ingredients till they become smooth.

- Blend all the ingredients till the smoothie becomes soft and frothy. After this, take out the almond-banana smoothie in a vessel.
